Greeneville, TN – Since January, TEVET has hired many new faces to each team and department in support of our recent growth. Over the past five months, we have hired over 10 new employees! And since we have been working diligently to deliver the utmost service to our customers and vendors while getting all new hires up to speed, we haven’t taken the opportunity to welcome them properly into the TEVET family.
This week, Tracy Solomon (TEVET founder and CEO) decided to make their welcome official. He planned an after-work dinner at his home. The TEVET team was invited to join in welcoming our new members. We learned more about each other, shared stories, talked about our friends and families, and created new friendships. We were able to take a step back, take a breath, and enjoy each other’s company outside of the workday grind. And our team-oriented culture is healthier for it! Which in turn makes TEVET stronger and our service better.
