Recently, TEVET was honored with DOE’s Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) of the Year award for fiscal year 2019. The DOE’s Annual Small Business Award Program recognizes small businesses that have shown outstanding performance in advancing the DOE’s missions.
This is the second time TEVET has been awarded the DOE’s SDVOSB of the Year, the first award came in 2009.
Tracy Solomon, TEVET CEO and President, remarks, “It is humbling to have received this award twice over the past decade. It speaks volumes towards our commitment to execution at the highest level and to those people within the DOE who count on us to stand up and deliver in years past, today, and into the future.”
TEVET has a dedicated Senior Account Manager, Evie Webster, and a team that focuses on DOE labs and programs. With this dedication, they have been able to create customized, value-added technology-driven solutions for many DOE locations. These solutions vary from SCMC agreements, TEVET Marketplace (customized eCommerce platform within the customers’ ERP), proactive end-of-year order management, mentor-protégé programs, and more!
