Deliver More Wireless Solutions on Tighter Schedules
Wireless is here to stay, but that just means there is increased pressure on developers to deliver more on even tighter schedules. Prioritize your...
TEVET’s strategic partner, National Instruments (NI), has released the latest version of its Wireless Test System (WTS) software.
The 1.3 version supports 8x8 multichannel configurations and wireless standards from LTE-A to 802.11ac to Bluetooth LE. Its advanced switching topologies are ready for multisite and MIMO test. The software supports chipsets from top vendors. This version improves parallel test of Bluetooth 5 and low-power Internet of Things (IoT) standards, such as ZigBee and Z-Wave. Faster measurements reduce your costs of manufacturing test for wireless devices such as mobile phones, tablets, and infotainment systems. Release 1.3 also includes updates to the TestStand Wireless Test Module (WTM), simplifying the design of complex wireless test sequences for the lab and the factory. With industry-leading speed and the flexibility to engage in multi-standard, multi-DUT, and parallel test, the WTS integrates easily into a manufacturing line using ready-to-run reference test sequences, integrated DUT control, and remote automation control. Each of these features provides quicker and more cost-effective deployment and, when combined with the WTS’s shorter test times, a lower cost of test..
