As we all know, NI Week is massive – in importance, networking, and venue. As one of the industry’s largest events, we know it can be a little overwhelming. We have attended and exhibited at NI Week and have seen it grow through the years.
We’d like to share some of the “wisdom” we have picked up along the way. See our tips and recommendations outlined below and always feel free to contact us for any questions (procurement or attendance related) or advice.
- Know your agenda -
NI Week is full of seminars, exhibits, dinners, sweepstakes, etc. It is best to know your agenda ahead of time so that you don’t miss out on anything. We recommend to have a digital AND a printed version of the general agenda highlighted with what you plan to attend. Do both because you never know when your battery might die and if there is an accessible charging station.
- Divide and conquer -
Everyone doesn’t have to attend everything! We all love getting to hear about the latest technology developments at NI week. However, there are only so many seminars and exhibits one person can see in a day.
If there are simultaneous seminars happening, divide your group to attend each and take great notes to exchange later.
If you have a bit of mental burnout, take a break. The conference is almost a week-long. Let someone go in your place and share notes later.
If you need a fresh perspective, then try mixing up the seminars across your group. Outside influences are great for out-of-the-box thinking and solutions.
- Lay out your map -
As stated earlier, NI Week’s venue is huge and filled with great opportunities. First, know where to park, register, etc. You’ve got to have the basics before you can have all your fun.
Next, you already have a good idea on who’s booth you want to swing by. Know the layout. Get the number and make a beeline for them.
TEVET WILL BE IN BOOTH #463. We can’t wait to see you!
Oh! I forgot the main priority. Find out where and when the food will be!
- Have Fun!
NI Week has all there is to offer in our industry….and more! So, take your time. Don’t rush. It is worth every minute that you spend learning, networking, and testing out the latest technology.
