We believe that veterans have a specific definition of service and character traits that make the difference when working with TEVET. Characteristics include: industry knowledge, technical insight, problem-solving determination, integrity, work ethic, and the commitment to see a task (or mission) all the way through.
TEVET was founded and is still led by veteran character, Tracy Solomon who is a third-generation service-disabled veteran. And it was his goal to build success with and for fellow veterans. For more than 15 years, TEVET has been employing and supporting veterans within our community. We have proudly employed veterans from every branch of the military. Outside of TEVET, we work closely with veteran organizations like our local DAV chapter to provide for our veteran population.
