A single box solution, the DFCU provides passengers with convenient power to charge their handheld electronics and higher power for galley and lavatory devices.
Unlike traditional converters, the DFCU produces 4,000 watts of either 115 or 230 volts AC supporting passengers and utility power systems found anywhere in the world. Key features include Astronics’s latest solid-state electronic circuit breaker (ECB) technology and programmable ECB outputs that can be custom configured to each cabin. No secondary distribution panel is required, saving both cost and weight.
