TEVET supports Wreaths Across America

This past week, TEVET honored our veterans through participating in Wreaths Across America.

Our small-town and HUBZone community is home to the Andrew Johnson National Cemetery – one of 1,600 national sites participating in Wreaths Across America.

This year TEVET helped support the cause by purchasing wreaths to be laid at the cemetery as well as assisting in the unloading and laying of the wreaths.

Through a cold and slippery morning, TEVET employees joined JROTC cadets, local veterans’ organizations, and others from the community to honor over 2,000 fallen veterans with a wreath.

TEVET believes in honoring those who have served or are currently serving our military. We actively employ, enable, and support veterans with our community.

And for those who have made the absolute sacrifice, we are forever grateful. To lay a wreath and speak the name of the fallen is only a mere gesture in what their lives mean to us, our community, and our nation.
