TEVET Participates in Wreaths Across America

Written by TEVET Blog | Jan 28, 2022 6:00:00 PM

In 2021, TEVET honored our veterans by participating in Wreaths Across America.

Our small-town and HUBZone community is home to the Andrew Johnson National Cemetery – one of 1,600 national sites participating in Wreaths Across America.

This past December, TEVET helped support the cause by purchasing wreaths to be laid at the cemetery and assisting in unloading and laying the wreaths.

We lucked out with sunshine this year when TEVET employees joined JROTC cadets, local veterans’ organizations, and others from the community to honor over 2,000 fallen veterans with a wreath.

TEVET believes in honoring those who have served or are currently serving our military. We actively employ, enable, and support veterans in our community.

And for those who have made the absolute sacrifice, we are forever grateful. To lay a wreath and speak the name of the fallen is only a mere gesture of what their lives mean to us, our community, and our nation.
