Washington, D.C. - This week, TEVET attended the 2nd Annual Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Opportunity Day hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). During the event, TEVET's DOE Account Manager, Evie Webster, participated in panels and meetings with other DOE small business contractors, DOE lab procurement teams, and Small Business Liaison Officers (SBLO).

TEVET strives to work closely with procurement teams and SBLOs within each of our accounts. Through these relationships, we have found that we can better serve our customers, communicate their specific needs to our OEM partners, and continue to assist in their innovations. The knowledge we gain only betters our service to them and continues our success as a business and a leader within our HUBZone community.

TEVET is a certified HUBZone and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business. With 2018 sales projected at $200M; TEVET is a successful, safe, small business. There are 480 small businesses with the combined SDVOSB and HUBZone classification. There is only one small business with revenues that exceed $25 million; which puts TEVET in a class all of its own. TEVET takes the HUBZone classification seriously, for every dollar spent with TEVET, we take a portion of it and put it to meaningful use through our multiple socioeconomic engagements. Strengthening families, employees, and the communities we serve is at the very core of TEVET’s mission.
