With high speed x8 PCIe links to each slot, the Gen-3 chassis are ideal for uses from benchtop R&D and design validation to multi-channel, high performance manufacturing applications such as MIMO and PA/FEM. Both feature a highly efficient cooling system. The lower cost options include a redesigned Gen-2 18-slot chassis and Gen-1 5-slot chassis with an integrated system module. These are perfect for those low cost applications and multi-channel uses when Gen-3 performance is not required.
