Small Time on the Big Stage - TEVET Attends TRIAD and National HUBZone Conference

Small Time on the Big Stage - TEVET Attends TRIAD and National HUBZone Conference

Washington, D.C. - This week TEVET is on the road to showcase a small town, small business success on the national stages at both TRIAD and the National HUBZone Conference. At each, TEVET will be representing small, SDVOSB, and HUBZone businesses as well as learning about new policies that effect each designation.

The TRIAD provides an opportunity to exchange pertinent information concerning small business utilization, legislative changes and its impact on government prime contractors. Its mission is to further an open exchange, promoting broad-based government-industry communications, cooperation, and understanding.

The National HUBZone Conference raises awareness, monitors public policy, and promotes change on behalf of the HUBZone program. It also links HUBZone communities across the nation in hopes to create change, share knowledge, and support one another.

TEVET is excited to return to TRIAD and the National HUBZone Conference to learn more and to hopefully help other small businesses that are in places that we weren't so long ago. With our experience and success over the past 14 years, we promote the "pay it forward" method. If it wasn't for our mentors in the beginning, then we don't know where we'd be today. Now that we are in the place to do the same, we feel honored to pass along the knowledge we have gained along the way.

In attendance is - Tracy Solomon, TEVET CEO and President; Jerri Gore, TEVET National Account Manager; MaKinna Traylor, Business Development and Marketing Manager.
