Dancing the Night Away - TEVET Supports Youth through Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars Annual Benefit

Dancing the Night Away - TEVET Supports Youth through Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars Annual Benefit

Greeneville, TN – TEVET President and CEO, Tracy Solomon danced the night away for SteppenStone Youth Treatment Services on Saturday night (June 9th) while participating in Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars annual benefit. The annual benefit directly supports SteppenStone. All proceeds from the annual benefit and the yearlong fundraising by each contestant - the donations, ticket sales, sponsorships, advertisements, and auctions - go to SteppenStone.

SteppenStone Youth Treatment Services is a non-profit organization that provides services to adolescent males who have experienced significant trauma, abuse, and neglect. Services include year-round residential treatment, counseling, fully accredited learning center, foster care, and adoption. TEVET fully supports SteppenStone's cause throughout the year by donating time, energy, items for their thrift store, and funds. This was our first year participating in Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars.

With the support of the local community, Tracy Solomon was able to be the lead fundraiser for Dancing with the Tri-Cities Stars. And at the annual benefit, he not only took home 1st place for the most funds raised, but he also came in 1st place as top male dancer!

“I am grateful that my generation of community leaders took the time and initiative to help out our next generation of community leaders. And we were able to do so on such a large - and fun - platform for SteppenStone,” Tracy Solomon.

Congratulations to Tracy and all contestants on a job well done! Thank you to all participants and supporters for your hard work and dedication to making change for so many kids.
